I've been reading a lot of "Sake-no-Wa" reviews lately about "Omine".
I couldn't resist the urge to drink it, so I visited Shinoda Sake Shop.
I chose "Test brew 5 grains" and "3 grains Yamadanishiki" from the Omine on the shelf.
First of all, we opened the bottle of the rare 5 grains test brew.
P+. The first one was the rare test brew. I poured it into a wine glass.
I poured it into a wine glass, but the aroma is not that great. The taste is a bit sweet, but not too sweet, and I like the acidity that tightens it up~. There's quite a bit of sourness, but it's sweet so it doesn't feel sour.
