Kawanakajima Tokubetsu Junmai Sake 2025BY✨
This is Kawanakajima's special junmai, not Genmai.
I kept it at room temperature so I tasted it from that state 🤗.
The aroma is sweet and alcoholic with steamed rice and alcohol that feels like sake. The taste has soft banana sweetness, rice flavor, and crisp acidity, making it easy to drink, with a nice dry astringency on the back end 😋🤤😋😋.
I had it as a gift for a dinner party yesterday and it was a great pairing 😁.
