Koei Kiku SNOW CRESCENT
As the name suggests, it is a nigori sake that looks like snow. The bubbles bursting with a lactic acidic complex flavor can be felt. What is even more intense is the refreshing acidity. This acidity is similar to that of Senkou, which is made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. I prefer a little more sweetness.
