It is easy to drink and refreshing, but at 17~18 degrees, it is a scary sight!
It is a very daiginjo-like sake, but considering the rice polishing ratio, it is rich enough in flavor and has a soft sweetness.
I think it also has an acidity similar to that of Shinmasa Cosmos, but maybe that is a preconceived notion?
