It's been a long time since I've had mimurosugi.
It was perfect for sushi, but it doesn't interfere too much with any Japanese food. It's delicious.

Kichisan Nara's sake is delicious, but it's a totally different type from Harushika and I recommend it -.

The only Nara sake I've tried is Kaze no Mori, but it's too good to drink.
But I've been curious about "Mimurosugi" since it's often uploaded here by everyone...
