I would have liked to taste something a little more robust, but this was the original sake.
Not too high in alcohol content, not too sweet, and light...
I felt grateful, but also a little disappointed...
Side note: It has been 20 years since Derek Bailey passed away.
I'll be soaking up his sound for a long time after drinking this...
