Sake made with yeast #1, which is not normally distributed.
There is almost no aroma, but it is reminiscent of acidity. As is typical of Tamagawa, it has a rich, mellow flavor with sweetness, umami, and acidity, and there is no fizz. It is delicious.
The brewery is unique in that the master brewer is an Englishman who graduated from Oxford University.
The No. 1 yeast originated from Sakura Masamune.
