Y.Tokushige
I have been wanting to drink it for a long time, but could not get it in my neighborhood. On an expedition to Okayama, I found it at "Takeda of Wine and Sake" and bought it!
It is fresh, gassy, and delicious. It has a beautiful sake quality with a fruity aroma, but it is not too sweet. It has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and bitterness, and it sinks into your body quickly, making you drink more. It is too good. Is it in the Hall of Fame?
