The sake junkie lady from the other day told me about a place where you can drink in the morning, so I went there right away. It's located in a market, so the seafood rice bowl is pretty tasty, and you can get it pretty cheap, but the sake is 440 yen per glass, including tax. I was impressed. We also chose Wakaha, which we hadn't had yet even though we were in Fukuoka. The water color was yellowish. The water color is yellowish, and it has a thick feeling. The initial aroma was a refreshing melon. When you put it in your mouth, a youthful taste like a refreshing Riesling comes to you quickly, and the sweetness is strong, but the acidity is also strong, so it doesn't feel stagnant. It is a wave of flavors and a wave of aftertaste. It has a strong melon nuance, so it is more like a wine to be sipped while eating. Even so, the pairing with Fukuoka's Kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl) is irresistible, and even though I was born in the Heisei era, I want to say it like a Showa era announcer. I used to drink beer at the airport lounge, but now that I know there's good sake waiting for me back home, I don't need to drink it. I'll just drink a few cups of tea until my flight.
