Akishika山廃 山田錦 純米生原酒
fatty
When served cold, the aroma is faintly muscatel.
The taste has a light mirin-like sweetness and umami, followed by a strong sourness and tingling sensation, with no bitterness in particular.
When heated, the aroma is sweet rice aroma.
The taste has a strong sourness, followed by sweetness and umami, and then it finishes with a sweetness and umami.
Quite a unique sake, personally, I would only choose to drink it hot.
