Tomikunishiki Junmai Ginjo (Fresh Green Harimaji)
The Junmai Ginjo "◯◯ no Harimaji" series embodies the Harima climate, using two types of sake rice produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture: Yamadanishiki and Hyogo Yume Nishiki.
This summer-only sake is brewed with the image of the fresh green season, when bright young buds sprout in the Banshu Plain!
It has an elegant and refreshing aroma reminiscent of Japanese pears and green apples, and when you take a sip, the sharp and lively acidity with a sense of transparency is the most distinctive feature of this sake!
It is fresh and light, with a strong sense of rice flavor, and while refreshing, it is very drinkable.
The sake is once-heated (bottle-heated), so the flavor profile is clear while retaining the freshness of the unpasteurized sake!
The clear quality of the sake, with a high level of acidity, makes it easy to drink.
