Season for my favorite Tasake Yamahai 🎵.
I got it at my favorite liquor store☺️.
Citrusy aroma.
Compared to the special junmai, the apple aroma is not that much.
It's more of a citrus aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth but easy to drink, and you can taste the sweetness and umami of the rice.
The aftertaste is a little dry, but pleasant.
The soft acidity at the end makes it a good mid-meal drink as well.
I paired it with sashimi today and it went perfectly 😃✌️.
I drank it in a stylish wine glass, but Tasake is still delicious.
