Apparently it's usually sold wholesale to restaurants for business use, but due to the effects of the corona crisis, there isn't much demand for it, so they are selling it to the general public as well. Despite the fact that it's a pure rice Daiginjo, at around 1,200 yen, it's a great cosmetic! The taste was gentle, mild and not flashy, but it had a cohesiveness that made me think I was drinking a good sake.
(So much so that it felt like a model of a Junmai Daiginjo!)
It's a great costumer, great taste, and you'll regret that you didn't buy another bottle.
It's a difficult time for breweries and liquor stores across the country, but we thank you for providing us with delicious sake!
