roughly ground sake or soy sauce made from rye or barley flour, etc. Gin Gin Kaika All-Iwate Fresh, umami and acidity are youthful. It's like what you think of the bitterness in the aftertaste. Good with squid sashimi! More of a food wine? I kind of got a lot of Iwate sake!
