The sake I purchased at UTAGE arrived and I immediately opened the bottle.
I love Tetorigawa itself so much and was looking forward to it lol.
The collaboration sake with Ore no sake is said to be a dry sake and hard-boiled.
It is indeed a hard-boiled sake, dark and yet not sweet, which is something that Tedorigawa does not have.
The freshness and juiciness typical of Tedorigawa are also added to it, making it easy to drink in spite of its hard-boiled nature.
The first bottle of this 3-bottle set was so delicious that I have high expectations for the other sake as well.
This time it was a collaboration sake involving reconstruction, but I hope the recovery will come soon, and I hope they will continue to collaborate even after the recovery.
I want to drink it again!
