To kick off the new sake season for the popular sake brand "Hanayo", a junmai daiginjo is brewed using the new rice "Gohyakumangoku" from Niigata prefecture, polished to 48% rice polishing ratio.
Again, it is wonderful! The aroma is centered around the blooming aroma of many kinds of flowers typical of Hanayo, with a honey-like sweetness, creating an enchanting world of sweetness!
The sharpness of "Gohyakumangoku" is also well incorporated to bring out a light aftertaste.
This seductive sweetness and light aftertaste! Hana-yoso" is truly wonderful!
