Autumn-agari Junmai Sake.
The word "autumn-agari" is intriguing.
I am not sure if summer is over or not.
It was easy to drink and tasty.
It has a yellowish color, but it is not strong like a sake made from a traditional sake yeast.
It seems to go well with all kinds of snacks.
It would be good with grilled autumn swordfish.
