This is a new product from "Yukio", another brand of Aoki Shuzo, which brews Tsururei.
Due to the recent record-breaking heat wave, the number of small grains of "Koshitanrei" rice suitable for sake brewing has increased. Aoki Sake Brewery, which uses the most Koshitanrei rice in Niigata Prefecture, wondered what it could do to help rice farmers, and the result was Yukio Sake Ale.
Although it cannot claim a specific name like Junmai Daiginjo or Junmai Sake, it is a bottle with a Junmai Daiginjo class aroma and taste with a polish of up to 50%.
