The summer sake was standing a little lonely in the store, so we took it home: ☺️
The sake was named after the 12th head of the family, who was born in the year of Koshi.
As it is a nama sake, it is still fresh and robust 😋 You can enjoy the slight bubbling sensation, and it finishes with a sharp dryness and a delicious taste of rice. The back palate is refreshingly delicious with bitterness and astringency 😆.
