Tom in Tokyo
This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. The other day, I was recommended this sake at my favorite soba restaurant. It was exactly my kind of sake. It was masculine, strong, and dry. Although it was fire-aged, I could feel the strength of the alcohol. It is rare for me to drink sake from Kyushu, so I enjoyed it very much. It went well with the tempura at the soba restaurant, and the flavor was not overpowered! I am thankful that I was able to encounter such wonderful sake this evening as well! I was kind of a straight guy, despite the fact that I am a manly type of drinker.
I am thankful that I can drink good sake.
