On an ordinary day.
Why not have a good drink?
That's why we release this once a year in autumn
Tasake Junmai Daiginjo.
45% polished Yamadanishiki, 16% alcohol by volume
Peel off the gold seal
Twist the aluminum cap tightly and the Ginjo aroma rises from the mouth of the bottle
The ginjo aroma rises from the mouth of the bottle at once.
The top aroma is of honey apple to ripe melon.
The lactic acid aroma is also quite clear.
But it is not too gorgeous.
On the palate...
Along with the dense and robust sweetness
the rice flavor and lactic acidic acidity are a trinity
spread at once.
Fruity and rich.
I'm afraid that this sweetness has no sake content.
The way to bring out the lactic acidity
I have the impression that it is "aggressive" to the limit,
The strong flavor has no cloying taste,
It is still a beautiful daiginjo.
The last part is a bit bitter and finishes with a kick!
The taste of this quintessential sake is just amazing 🤣.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
A good sake on an ordinary day was a happy time with 20% more luxury~!
Even with that being said, this tasake is still delicious, so if you see it, please give it a try 😊.
