When was the last time you drank Huayouyoku? I have not had a chance to see Huayoukou, even though it is one of my favorite brands 🍶.
This time, my brother served it to me at my parents' house🌸.
I was surprised to find that the taste has changed compared to the past, but for me, it was still delicious from the very first sip 😊! I could feel it from the first sip 😊.
It is often described as pineapple, but in terms of fruits, I think it had a white peach-like aroma.

It has sweetness on the palate, but is smooth and refreshing. The chili-like gassiness also accentuates the freshness.
In the mouth, it has a fruity aroma like white peaches and a malted rice aroma.
As is typical of Hachitan Nishiki (my personal impression of sake rice), it is generally flat with little of the robust flavor and flamboyance of Yamadanishiki, but instead is refreshing.
