Today we were going to compare muddled sake. I've never had much nigorizake before, but I thought I'd give it a try since a lot of places are serving it this season.
I had heard that Hirotogawa's nigori was good, so I bought it when it was on sale. The nigori is not as strong as "Do," but the carbonation seems to be just as strong.
I like to wait a bit after pouring it into a glass and drink it when the carbonation has settled down. It's mildly sweet and has a strong flavor, so if I were to drink it at home without snacks, I'd go for this one. It was as good as they say it is. I'm looking forward to next year.
