Memorandum for myself
This is the pink label that I was sure to drink someday.
Since it is a draft sake, the bottle was opened with a certain vigor.
When poured into a glass, it has a slight yellowish color.
The aroma is sweet, but with a slight alkaline smell.
In the mouth, a fruity sweetness spreads on the palate, but it seems to be artificially sweet, perhaps due to the alkaloids.
The sharpness is good and you can drink it without getting tired of it.
Would I repeat it?
