ラル大佐
The third bottle brought in was Koshi from a junior colleague.
According to him, his brother, who loves sake, gives him a lot of sake, but since he doesn't drink it at home, he can't help but accumulate it. He brought in a bottle of sake for us to drink together.
So, for the sake of my lovely junior? Let's give him a helping hand!
Kangiku (sweet and sour), Fudo (delicious), and Kouji (the go-between). I think of them as the three pillars of Chiba.
The mouthfeel is just the right amount of sweet and sour. It is a good match between the previous two. An endless loop of Sengiku, Kouji, and Manjukagami. This is good!
Thank you very much for the sake!
