勉強中The last Nabeshima was a special junmai and gave the impression of being very gassy, but this junmai ginjo Yamadanishiki has a gentle mouthfeel, sweet and fruity, with just the right amount of acidity for a good balance 👍It has a crisp finish and would go with anything 🍶 It was even better than expected and was gone in no time 😁.
