初めての日本酒は田酒
I had purchased this sake in Utsunomiya and found it in the back of my closet (lol).
So, I chilled it to a crisp with a recently acquired Lemacom, and tried it.
Yeah, it was so cold that I couldn't taste it.
I took it out of the fridge two days later and tried it again and it was delicious. You can feel the sweetness of the rice 😊.
I personally like it in the fall 😊.
It went well with the genovese pizza 😋.
