At night, the chirping of autumn insects is increasing. It's so elegant. I would love to enjoy a glass of delicious sake while watching the garden illuminated by the moonlight. I would love to do that, but I live in an apartment complex with no yard, so it's not possible.
Today, I went out to a familiar liquor store. I had a glass of Tenryo Shuzo's Garakuyo. There are three kinds of sake in the store, and I chose the sharpest one.
First of all, the label is beautiful.
I tried it. It is well-balanced. It is a food sake. However, well... it is delicious, but I personally feel that it is a bit light. I think there are people who say this is good, but I think it's not enough for me. Especially when considered as a food sake, I think it often loses out to the strength of the accompanying snacks. If you drink it by itself, well, I guess it is possible. I heard that the other two types are sweeter, so if you don't want to drink it with snacks, that might be okay too.
I heard that the brewer is in his 20s and is doing his best, so there is no room for growth. I have high expectations for the future.
