On my way to get today's vacuum cask sake at Mikotsuru direct sales store, I stopped by Yamanashi Meizo-san. After returning home, I immediately opened a bottle of the store's limited edition sake.
It is delicious. It is sweet but clean, a little gassy, and sharp with bitterness, which gives a good impression. The aroma is moderate and apple-like.
In Suwa, where Mikotsuru is located, the Chuo Highway between Suwa and Okaya was closed due to an accident, which caused traffic jams on all major roads in the Suwa area.
