Hatsuno-Kangiku Discovery series...a series made from 100% Chiba rice, with a stylish bottle. The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, the mouthfeel is a bit thick, and the sweet and sour taste makes it easy to drink. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink too much.
There are several bottles in this series, so I would like to try them if the timing is right.
