I brought this to a drinking party at a friend's house
from NY, I bought it last year and it has been waiting in my fridge for more than a year. I haven't had a chance to open the bottle 😅.
It is a very expensive sake, over 4,000 yen for a 4-pack.
It was also a hot day, but we had grilled chicken on a shichirin (a Japanese charcoal grill). The Otter Blue was refreshing and delicious 😊.

I wondered if there were still some left, but it was aged for a long time 🤩.
I've had it before myself, and I personally liked the more mineral taste than the regular "Otters" 🥰.

I believe there was a liquor store in Nanao that was offering PayPay 20% point reduction, Noto Peninsula only 😀.
There are other aged sake as well, as a result 😅.
