Omachi usage
Appearance Sound, slightly low to medium viscosity, almost colorless
Aroma: Sound, steamed rice and rice malt, with a hint of rice. Low intensity of aroma.
The aroma and sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and molasses, with a lasting flavor. It has a medium to slightly dry finish.

This one also seems to go well with darker dishes. It's also brown sugar-like and slightly savory, so it might go well with caramelized foods. You can warm this one up as well, even if you raise the temperature quite a bit.
