It is a good sake with a clean sweet and bitter taste of alcohol and sugar. It is the type of sake that you want to always have at home.
The entrée is fried daikon radish. Daikon soaked in soup stock is coated with potato starch and deep-fried. It has a hint of salt. I really like the way the master uses dashi broth here. It is so delicious! And the dashi umami salt goes perfectly with Miyanoyuki. I am so happy!
If I were to compare her to Yuko from "From Up On Poppy Hill" in Ghibli, I'd say she's a good girl. She is a good girl. She is quiet but has a strong core, and she has guts enough to sing a solo without hesitation.
