Sake of Saitama
Polishing rice 50%.
Sairai is a famous sake, but for some reason you can't find it in the Kansai region.
I was surprised to find it in a liquor store I know. ‼️
I bought it immediately.
Speaking of Saitama, there is my favorite sake, Hanahayo...it has the same freshness and a little bit of a splash when you open the bottle.
The aroma is cider-like, and when you take a sip, the acidity is a little tangy, and then the umami comes with a hint of sweetness.
As the label says, enjoy the harmony created by the elegant ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the color of the fine acidity.

I thought it would be sweet when I saw the label, but it is not as sweet as I thought it would be, and it is a very satisfying sake. Mello mello😍.
