I have had many opportunities to drink Kangiku, but I had never had the True series, so I bought it 😄.
It has a refreshing sweetness and flavor that is unique to Kangiku. In particular, the mellow and gorgeous ginjo aroma with a fruity flavor reminiscent of strawberries is similar to that of Denshogiku 🍓.
Since it is made from Omachi, the umami is more pronounced than other brands, and since it is orikara, the second half of the bottle is particularly heavy 🌾.
The bitterness is also more pronounced in the ori part.
The freshly opened supernatant is refreshingly sweet, which I like. ☺️ I can't help but think that the ori part is a bit heavy for this season, though I chose ori-gara-mi.
