The bottle was opened without blowing at all.
The aroma of nigori, or rice. Or rather, the aroma of rice.
The sourness comes first, then the dryness, and then the swallow. Then, the umami of rice spreads in the aftertaste.
It is not sweet by any means, but it is delicious enough to make you look forward to it.
