The taste is full and rich, but the sharp acidity comes through later, leaving nothing behind but a clean and crisp taste.
The balance of the wine is very satisfying, but you will never get tired of drinking it.
Compared to the previous brew, I think the freshness comes out more in the front than the Hakutsuru-Nishiki characteristics.
In any case, it is a very well-made and very tasty sake!
