RyoheiI forgot to post the second Noto cheering sake, which I had before the vacations.
I personally like it better than the yellow one, as it is a perfect marriage of the freshness that is typical of nama-zake and the richness that is typical of kijo-zake.
The clean, clear mouthfeel that is typical of Yoshida Kurau is still there, and it is a great sake.
