I opened a bottle last week and forgot to post it, and it's the limited time version of "Oze no Yukidoke", "Rosé no Yukidoke".
It's a Junmai Daiginjo with a color, sweetness and acidity like strawberry juice, only with a different yeast.
The color is like this, but it is a Junmai Daiginjo without any mixture.
