Hohaiレインボー 純米大吟醸

First Toyobai and Rainbow Namaeshu Naturally, this is the first time for Toyobai rice to be used. It has a full-bodied flavor and a hint of fragrance, and is soft and smooth on the palate. We are having it with aji (horse mackerel) and cheap natural sea bream sashimi. I have a feeling I will become addicted to it. It goes down a treat. We are very grateful to Ms. Chika for selecting this wine for us.
