Sakunohana純米吟醸無ろ過生原酒 spec d
さむち
On the way back from climbing in the Northern Alps the other day
I went to my usual liquor store in Matsumoto City.
There was a bottle of Genmai HE and Miyamanishiki, but I have two bottles in the fridge, so this time I bought a bottle of Saku no Hana.
This store also stocks Hanamup, which is rare!
I have never seen it anywhere else in the Shinshu area!
I don't know how many years I've been coming here.
I'll keep coming back.
The photo is the core of the descent of the famous mountain "Tsurugidake".
This is a crab.
It's a pretty high altitude 💦.
Hitokochiki 55% polished and fermented at low temperature for a long time using Nagano D yeast (SPEC-D).
A well-balanced sake with a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma that spreads in the mouth, a fruity and smooth mouthfeel, and a sharp acidity that gives the sake its sharpness.
Serve cold for the freshness derived from nama-shu.

This ⛰ walk sideways ❔.
Looks scary (((*>_<))))
I remember Saku's flowers were delicious 😋.

Erin, good morning 🌅.
This is a sideways walk, and by the way, there is also a vertical crab vertical bai 🦀.
It's fun and athletic, but don't be too careful 💦 because if you fall off, it's the end of the world.
