This is my first Ikedalot.
It has been in storage for at least half a year.
It's Obon, so I opened a nice bottle.
It is served cold.
The color is slightly yellowish.
The aroma on the nose is reminiscent of melon and cucumber.
On the palate, it flows smoothly down the throat with a hint of sourness.
The hint of aroma has a unique lactobacillus-like aroma.
At first, there is a sweet and sour taste, which gradually spreads to a sour taste, and the finish is slightly bitter and full-bodied sourness.
It does not have a sense of maturity, but it has a deep and delicious flavor along with acidity.
A delicious white wine.
