Today we will be visiting our local Agohige Sake Bar for the first time in a long while to have some sake.
Kame-ling Mannen Junmai Ginjo Genshu Gokatsu. Even though it is a pure sake, it is so rich and full-bodied that you would think it was a junmai ginjo (......!?). It is so rich and full-bodied that it is almost like a "Jungin" sake. In other words, it has a twisted flavor. It is a fun sake to drink.
Oh, it goes well with honey mustard sauce.
