immp1982When I eat Matsuba crab in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, Sanin, the first sake I serve with my meal is Kurodragon's Nizaemon. The aroma is elegant and delicate, with notes of honeydew melon, apple, and honey. The mouthfeel is soft, sweet and saturated. The finish was long. Really good with crab meat!
