It is said that this sake was made as part of Takachidai's new project, and is both high quality and high cost performance. It is a very interesting sake, but it is hard to find. The label depicts a dragon.
The aroma is quite nice, and the taste is sweet without being habitual. It has a sweetness that is not habitual, like peaches or mangoes. I didn't feel the fruity flavor when I just opened it, but after 3-4 days, the aroma seems to become more pronounced. The aftertaste is clean, and it has both sweetness and sharpness.
It is a sake that is hard to find, but if you buy it at the regular price, it is quite affordable. A high-cost sake with aloso sake, it reminds me of the 14yo Honmaru. I think the aroma is more reserved here. It is a wonderful sake that you will not regret drinking.
