This is a brand name of Joyo Sake Brewery for special dealers.
I ordered Tokujiro because I had never had it before, and it was available at the liquor store I always go to.
It has a fresh, mellow, umami mouthfeel with a strong flavor. You can taste the deep umami of the rice, but it's not too heavy.
I have the impression that Joyo has been getting a lot of attention lately and is rapidly rising in popularity.
