Quite different than the usual sake I’ve been drinking lately but I liked it a lot. Very light, melon flavor, crisp, mineral-like. I enjoyed it with some cold Vietnamese chicken I bought at a local ban mi sandwich shop. I drank it chilled but as it warmed to room temperature it developed more complexity and more strength and then stood up better to strong flavors of food. Should be great to have in summer with cold dishes enjoyed outdoors.
