ヒラッチョ
This fall's hiyaoroshi is Aizu Nakasyo, following Kaiun and Tsururei, which we drink every year.
It is mellow and gentle. It has the delicious taste of rice and sweetness.
As the temperature rises from chilled to room temperature, the flavor spreads.
Recently, I was impressed by the novel "Meikun no Monument" about Masayuki Hoshina, the lieutenant general of Aizu.
