Yesterday, I had a drink with a client of mine at Sushi Katsu in Mishima. He likes sake, so I bought a bottle each of fruity and dry sake at the Kuboyama Sake Shop, and brought them in to match with our meal.
After discussing with the staff at the Kuboyama Sake Store, we chose a dry sake called "Drunken Whale," which has become a standard.
I had some trouble with "Daishinshu" and "Yokoyama", but I decided to go with "Drunken Whale" because it's clean and refreshing.
