First time at a sake brewery plus the first time at a sake brewery in Okayama Prefecture.
Probably also the first time to use the sake rice Asahi😅.
I bought it about half a year ago😎.
I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience.
The price is also unbelievably low for a Junmai Daiginjo 😌.
It's a great way to start the day.
The flavor of the rice is very strong in the mouth.
It is also very clear and refreshing, with a light and dry taste.
The alcohol content is also low.
It is easy to drink with a light touch.
Although it is a Daiginjo, it is not a very gorgeous sake.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs.

Good morning, etorannzyu😃.
I've never even seen this sake before...
The best sake rice in Okayama is Omachi, but Asahimone❓
I️ think it looks cosy and the taste is great, so I️ am interested.

Haruei Chichi. Hello😃.
I wonder if Tagaji is more famous for the sake brewery here?
I looked it up and Asahi is also from Okayama😋.
Omachi is a big name so when people think of Okayama they think of that first😅.

A205X253 Hello😃.
It's been a while since I filled up my map😅.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it in the future.
The only thing is that it's a Corona-supported liquor, so I doubt it will be available in the future💦.
